Food Pantry news:

Union Food Pantry always needs food and appreciates all donations.  Items for your consideration are: flour, sugar, coffee, cereal, dry pasta, canned fruit, juice, spaghetti, tomato sauce, kool aid, pancake mix, canned meat dinners, syrup, and personal items. Perishable items (those needing refrigeration) cannot be accepted. Money is always welcome, and is used to purchase meat and other items. At the current time they have an abundance of canned corn, green beans and peas.

There are Food Pantry donation boxes at this and many local churches. Contributions of grocery items can also be taken directly to the food pantry at 115 Locust Street, Union. Contributions of cash can be mailed to:

Union Food Pantry
c/o The Union Ministerial Alliance
PO Box 101
Union, MO 63084

Thanks also to all the unsung heroes who participate in organizations or by themselves contributing both with items and their time that greatly impact the success of the Food Pantry.

During the year we also support CROP Walk, Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, Union Food Pantry, Farmington Children's Foundation, One Great Hour of Sharing, and the Giddings/Lovejoy Presbyterian Mission, and we invite everyone to take part in these important activities to support others in our community and around the world.
